Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed seat purchases when you cancel before the stated eligibility window and meet the conditions below. Website visitors who never receive an invoice have nothing to refund—site pricing is informational only.

Timeframe

For Integration Desk and Continuity Suite seats, you may request a full refund up to 14 calendar days after invoice payment and before accessing more than one live clinic or downloading more than the orientation pack. Field Ledger self-paced purchases may be refunded within 7 calendar days if less than 20% of modules have been opened.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when both timeframe and access conditions are met. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if you must withdraw for documented medical or employer-directed reasons after the window, typically excluding clinic sessions already delivered (calculated as a pro-rata share of the fee).

Non-refundable items

Private desk briefings already delivered, custom template work completed on request, and third-party pass-through costs (if itemized) are non-refundable. Cohort transfers may be offered instead of cash refunds when seats remain available.

Refund process

Email contact@smartconnectapi.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days and may ask for clarification.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellation by Smartconnectapi

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under the laws of Taiwan(China) that cannot be waived remain available. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
